Parkland

Completed in 2020, prior to the first residents moving into their homes, Tote Park frames the entrance to Moonee Valley Park, offering 5,000sqm of rolling grassy lawns, serpentine gardens, and a children’s nature playground. Since completion, Tote Park has been used for community activations that Moonee Valley Park and the Moonee Valley Racing Club have hosted – including the MV+ Health & Fitness Program, Australian Open outdoor viewing sessions, Christmas tree installation, and much more.
