On Saturday 14th September, Moonee Valley Park officially opened its doors to the local community for a glorious Springtime Barbeque.
The launch event saw hundreds of locals and prospective purchasers visit the Moonee Valley Park Display Gallery to discover more about this urban regeneration project, set to become the premium new neighbourhood in Melbourne’s north. Guests were also among the first to preview the meticulously designed Feehan Row Homes and Terraces, the first residential release at Moonee Valley Park.
Mother Nature turned on the weather for the day, with eventgoers enjoying terrarium making, face painting, a delicious barbeque and coffee from resident café Little Hen. Refreshments were enjoyed in the sunshine on the outdoor terrace while guests took in the spectacular Racecourse and Melbourne city views, which Moonee Valley Park residents will soon call their backyard.

The little ones helped themselves to balloons and a jazz band duo set the ambience for the day, playing soul classics and soft acoustic hits. Guests perused the stunning display, while others simply relaxed on the terrace with friends and family, enjoying southern fried chicken sliders and various other barbecued delights served by Little Hen.
A limited number of Homes and Terraces still remain at Feehan Row, with developer Hamton passionate about making each buyer experience unique.
