Hamton along with project partners HostPlus and Moonee Valley Racing Club were thrilled to host the much anticipated media launch of Moonee Valley Park, which saw more than 20 media representatives in attendance eager to discover the masterplan vision for what is set to be one of the biggest urban regeneration projects in Victoria.
It was wonderful to see Moonee Valley Park make headlines around the country, with news broadcasters Nine, Seven, Ten and the ABC along with 3AW all covering the $2 billion-dollar precinct regeneration, as well as major mastheads including The Age, Herald Sun and Australian Financial Review.
After the media briefing, reporters along with our project partners took flight in helicopters to tour the 40-hectare site from the sky and fully comprehend the enormous botanical vision, which will see 50% of the site being dedicated to green space.
Moonee Valley Park will set a new global benchmark for botanic-led living and become the premium neighbourhood of Melbourne’s North, with one of the world’s premier racecourses at its heart.
