Enjoy a fun, energetic group fitness session in the beautiful Tote Park. Get outside and get moving. Each session is a total body workout incorporating a mix of Cardio and Strength exercises. A total body workout, there is something for everyone. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Exercises can be modified to suit.
What to bring
Drink bottle, towel and mat
