Move at Moonee Valley Park

INTRODUCING OUR FREE GROUP FITNESS
SESSIONS AT MOONEE VALLEY PARK

We are excited to launch Moonee Valley Park’s new health and fitness program - MOVE, coinciding with the opening of Tote Park, our newest local neighbourhood park.

Working in partnership with amazing local fitness experts from Collective Fitness Moonee Ponds - MOVE is a program delivered by locals, for locals.

These FREE fun and energetic group fitness sessions include a Bootcamp, Stretch and Mobility Conditioning and a Weekly Trot Run Class.

As a valued Moonee Valley Park VIP we want to introduce you to our new program and invite you to come along and join us.


Weekly Bootcamp

Enjoy a fun, energetic group fitness session in the beautiful Tote Park. A total body workout, there is something for everyone – from strength exercises to cardio - get outside and get moving.

Tuesday and Thursday, 6.30am
45 minutes + 10 minute
Stretch / Cool Down

Stretching and Mobility

Stretching and mobility is an important part of any fitness regime – helping your body recover helps it perform better - relieve tension and restore balance throughout your body. You’ll walk away feeling great and ready for whatever the world throws at you.

45 minutes + 10 minute relaxation

Weekly Bootcamp

Meet weekly at the Winx Statue in Tote Park, for a friendly, fun ‘trot’ around the neighbourhood. So, whether you want to be as fast as Winx, or you just want to meet some fellow runners and socialise, this group is open and looking forward to having you along.
