We are excited to launch Moonee Valley Park’s new health and fitness program - MOVE, coinciding with the opening of Tote Park, our newest local neighbourhood park.
Working in partnership with amazing local fitness experts from Collective Fitness Moonee Ponds - MOVE is a program delivered by locals, for locals.
These FREE fun and energetic group fitness sessions include a Bootcamp, Stretch and Mobility Conditioning and a Weekly Trot Run Class.
As a valued Moonee Valley Park VIP we want to introduce you to our new program and invite you to come along and join us.
Enjoy a fun, energetic group fitness session in the beautiful Tote Park. A total body workout, there is something for everyone – from strength exercises to cardio - get outside and get moving.
